Watch Hope For Haiti Now: A Global Benefit For Earthquake Relief

Haiti Needs Your Help!

At 8 pm EST tonight musicians and other entertainers gather to raise awareness and funds through the Hope For Haiti Now telethon.

MTV’s “Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief” will be simulcast across many television and cable networks.

1. Who will the telethon benefit? Ultimately the people of Haiti. Essential services and supplies are needed greatly. Your donations will be given to the following non-profits working on the ground in Haiti. The nonprofit Hope For Haiti Now is not charging any administrative costs.     Help Haiti

    To raise much-needed financial support for earthquake-ravaged Haiti, D.C.’s rap frontrunner Wale and friends are storming 9:30 Club’s stage this Monday. Featuring other hot metro-area artists D.C. Don Juan, Tabi Bonney, Phil Ade, XO, Kingpen Slim, K-Beta, Que (formerly of Day26), special surprise guests, and hosted by Chris Cole of BET’s College Hill South Beach, this concert delivers the goods while delivering aid to those who most need it.

    Organized by DMV Helps Haiti, all ticket sales will be donated to the Partners in Health Organization and Yéle Haiti, founded by Wyclef Jean.
